Shipping policy
Stillplate sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods.
All products are delivered digitally after purchase. No physical package will be sent, and no shipping address is required for fulfillment.
Digital delivery
Once your order is completed, you will receive access to your digital product through the delivery method provided at checkout. This may include:
- a download link on the order confirmation page
- a follow-up email with download access
- access through the digital delivery app used in our store
In most cases, digital products are available immediately after purchase.
No physical shipping
Because Stillplate products are digital, we do not offer shipping methods, shipping upgrades, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines.
No printed materials, boxed products, or mailed items are included unless clearly stated otherwise on a specific product page.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive your digital product, please first check:
- your spam or promotions folder
- the email address used at checkout
- your order confirmation page for available download links
If you still cannot access your files, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Download responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout and to download or save purchased files after delivery.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout or by email filtering settings outside our control, although we will always try to help where possible.
