Refund policy

At Stillplate, we sell digital products delivered instantly after purchase. Because these products are intangible and can be accessed or downloaded right away, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once an order has been completed.

No returns or refunds for digital products

Due to the nature of digital goods, Stillplate does not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • accidental purchases made without reviewing the product description
  • purchases made by mistake after the product has been delivered
  • personal preference regarding layout, style, or workflow
  • lack of use, change in circumstances, or no longer needing the product

Exceptions

We may review refund requests in limited cases, including:

  • you were charged more than once for the same product
  • the file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be accessed as described
  • you did not receive your download and we are unable to resolve the issue

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and a short description of the issue.

European Economic Area customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may normally have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, this right can be lost once delivery or download begins, provided you agreed to receive the content right away and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.

By purchasing and accessing Stillplate digital products delivered immediately, you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable withdrawal right once access or download begins.
